Training and support is essential for any new business start up and at Cruise Holidays, we pride ourselves in offering our award winning Cruise University courses and ongoing support to help you succeed.  For our home-based franchise owners we offer two unique training courses to give you the education and confidence to become A Personal Cruise Expert. 

 

Your Journey Begins...

At Cruise University!  Cruise University Miami is an extensive seven night training program hosted at the Royal Caribbean's headquarters in Miami, FL.  Your initial training includes a detailed introduction to our programs and services conducted by our Education and Training team along with product training from Royal Caribbean's Training Team. You'll leave training with confidence and a step by step approach on how to launch your new business adventure. 

 

The second session of your initial training is more advanced and is focused on the finding and selling of cruise groups.  During this advanced training session you will also develop your marketing plan and dive in to the details of how to make your business successful. Thereafter, the team works year-round to host seminars, conduct net-conferencing training, plan regional and national meetings and training, and fulfill all of your training needs.

 

Ongoing Support & Training

A management team with over 125 years of combined experience in the travel industry is on hand to help grow and keep Cruise Holidays on the cutting edge. Your Cruise Holidays support desk is just a phone call, fax or email away Monday through Friday to answer any questions about Cruise Holidays programs and services. Additionally a public relations/communications team promotes the Cruise Holidays brand nationally, while also providing the tools and support to promote your franchise in your local market.
