Cruise University Online is a specific course for our Cruise Holidays Agent Training Program.  Our online courses are specifically designed to equip non-experienced and experienced sellers of travel with the knowledge needed to confidently prospect for clients and close the sale in the cruise and tour segment of the travel industry. 

 

Cruise University Online offers the following courses:

• Introduction to the Travel Industry and Setting up your Business
• Understanding the Cruise and Tour Industry
• Locating and Retaining Clients
• The Cruise Holidays Sales Process
• Understanding Cruise Holidays Programs
• Increasing Sales Through Groups

 

Each course above contains a listing of classes and is delivered through online lessons and webcasts.  For agents with previous travel experience, some classes may be waived upon the recommendation of the Cruise Holiday's franchisee with whom the agent will be connected. 

 

Enrollment Fees:

A fee of $495 USD is charged for each enrollee in the Cruise Holidays Online Training Program.  This fee covers the proprietary training sessions and materials.
